About the Author
After graduating from Cambridge University with a masters degree in economics Jonathan Kingsman began his career with Cargill. He founded his own brokerage and analysis company in 1990. He was the editor of The Sugar Trading Manual and is the founder of key industry events around the world, particularly the Dubai Sugar Conference. Jonathan is married with four grown up children and lives in Lausanne Switzerland.

this is a book in the same vein and also different.....it is not a history of sugar but a very complete and detailed analysis of this very important staple in our life...
obviously the guy ,JONATHAN KINGSMAN, knows what he is talking about,having been a sugar trader and one of the most important sugar analyst in the business.....some might be repelled by a lot of statistics, i was not since numbers tends to explain a lot of behavioural facts......
what i retain the most out of that brilliant book wich is explained in detail... is this intriguing fact..........."sugar does not bring diabete....sugar in excess brings obesity wich will bring diabete......"
