Want to age beautifully, and live longer and healthier?

This is a good book that guides you to ubderstand a basic ideas of what Sirtfood is. It also gives a good diet menus. I highly recommend someone who wants to live longer and healthier, and you will be beautiful inside and outside by Sirtfood. Since I did try Sirtfood in everyday meal, I never get hungry. Sirtfood suppresses my appetite even I eat normal amount!!!

Raymond A. Huml, MS, DVM, RAC is Executive Director of Global Due Diligence in Quintiles Capital Solutions ('Capital') for Quintiles Transnational Corp. Dr. Huml has over 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. In his current position, Dr. Huml identifies risks associated with Quintiles global (US, EU and Japan) product-based investments, working with specialists on all components of the due diligence process, including research and development, commercial, intellectual property, and conflict of interest. He previously worked in Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and Regulatory Affairs Departments in Quintiles Clinical Development Services group. Dr. Huml has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications, and is a strong supporter of the Regulatory Affairs Professional's Society (RAPS). He holds an MS in Biology from East Stroudsburg University and his DVM from North Carolina State University's College of Veterinary Medicine, and has earned the RAC (US) Certification.

Jane Talbot was born in Wiltshire, England, and has lived in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, since 2011. Sure to be a classic, "The Faerie Thorn and other stories" was a delight to read! I couldn't put it down! These beautiful and haunting tales pulled me out of my every day life into a magical world in which I longed to stay. The author, Jane Talbot, skillfully and poetically draws you into ancient stories of love and fear, injustice and rightwise, human connection and division! While completely inthralled amazing and heartfelt lesson's sneak in the back door and push emotions to the surface! I'm already longing for book two!

A very useful and deep source of knowledge regarding OpenCV application to develop mobile apps.

This book is aimed to both mobile app developers who want to improve the graphic functionality to a new level (3d gaming, augmented reality, etc) or to opengl desktop developers who want to extent his projects/products to mobile platforms. Both would benefit from all the know-how inside this book, that goes deep into not only the OpenCV framework fundamentals but also into some math required for creating powerful 2d/3d code and behaviours. A warn for beginners, you should know at least some C/C++ basic coding and some algebra (arrays, matrix and so) to not get lost while reading this book. Otherwise the book is a very useful and deep source of knowledge regarding OpenCV application to develop mobile apps.

I had a chance to read "Mastering OpenCV Android Application Programming" recently on a request of Packt Publishing. I hope to help readers with this review. Let's go, I got my copy from Packt Publishing, where additional formats to download it are available. In my case, I preferred it in Kindle Edition, also they provide me the source code for each chapter to a better understanding of each topic.

This book is suitable for people who have at least basic knowledge in Android, OpenCV and Computer Vision, if you are new in Android maybe you should have to learn it before reading this book. Let's begin with the main review. The first chapters are about OpenCV basic concepts (brightness, contrast, color space, arithmetic and geometrical transforms) and how to set OpenCV in your Android project step by step. For every topic, they show the code, explanation and results.

Until chapter 5, the content was about main OpenCV functions with Android interactions, but here on-wards the interesting and useful projects are explained such as Image alignment and stitching with notable improvements. Moreover, a Machine Learning chapter explains how to use its potential for Android apps. A nice chapter explains the best practices for Android projects as well for debugging using logcat logs. About the Author
Brian Katz is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. He received his BA from Williams College in 2003 with majors in mathematics, music and chemistry, and his PhD from the University of Texas, Austin in 2011, concentrating on algebraic geometry. While at the University of Texas, Austin, Brian received the Frank Gerth III Graduate Excellence Award and the Frank Gerth III Graduate Teaching Excellence Award from the Department of Mathematics. Brian is a Project NExT Fellow, supported by Harry Lucas, Jr and the Educational Advancement Foundation. Michael Starbird is Professor of Mathematics and a University Distinguished Teaching Professor at the University of Texas, Austin. He received his BA degree from Ponoma College and his PhD in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has held visiting positions at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, and at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena, California. He served as Associate Dean in the College of Natural Sciences at the University of Texas from 1989 to 1997. Starbird's mathematical research is in the field of topology. He has served as a member-at-large of the Council of the American Mathematical Society and on the national education committees of both the American Mathematical Society and the Mathematical Association of America.
